About

The prophet Jeremiah said, “Your words were found and I ate them,

and Your words became for me a joy and the delight of my heart;

For I have been called by Your name, O Lord God of Hosts.”

(Jeremiah 15:16)

How great is our God and how great is His plan for us His children. I am so thankful to be called and included in His redemptive plan. And along with that plan comes His precious Word. I like how the Prophet Jeremiah spoke of God’s Word, that when we feast on it, it becomes a joy and a delight to our heart. The apostle Paul put it this way: “let the Word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God” (Colossians 3:16). When the Word of God dwells in us richly, we are doctrinally sound.  Right doctrine inevitably leads to right living.
